Start by calling our office or filling out the online contact form. We’ll connect by phone, video, or in person to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. Then we’ll create a custom design proposal with estimated hours, costs, and deliverables. Once signed, we move into onboarding to capture your needs, wants, and preferences.

During this phase, we begin with a site visit to complete measurements and documentation, followed by drafting existing conditions and initial space plans. We develop concepts with 3D modeling and visual imagery, then present the design along with proposed interior and exterior finishes. Based on your feedback, we make revisions and incorporate modifications, producing final interior renderings that reflect your confirmed design selections.

In this phase, we prepare detailed construction drawings, including floor plans and elevations, along with a comprehensive materials and finishes specification manual. We issue a full tender package to your general contractor for pricing and review all shop drawings and submittals to ensure accuracy and alignment with the design.

In this phase, we create detailed drafting for space planning and functional requirements, along with a budget Excel sheet outlining cost breakdowns. We source furniture from suppliers and artisans, manage procurement including purchasing and coordinating deliveries, and oversee on-site installation to ensure everything is set up perfectly.

During construction, we conduct monthly site visits to provide trade direction and ensure the project stays on track. Once complete, we perform a thorough walkthrough to identify and address any deficiencies. We also handle photography, including staging and project documentation, to capture the finished space.
